Grahame has over five years of experience at Malwarebytes, now known as Threatdown, where he has excelled in roles across Support, Integrations, and Customer Success. He developed a solid foundation in technical troubleshooting and customer service in Support, which facilitated his transition to Integrations, where he has effectively assisted partners in creating impactful integrations using public APIs and the Linux agent. With a strong commitment to enhancing partner and customer experiences, Grahame communicates complex information clearly, empowering users to maximize their integration capabilities.

How Nebula Training Program Works

The Nebula Training program includes two courses: Nebula Foundations and Nebula Advanced Features. Participants may register for either or both courses. Each course is taught over 3 days with 9 hours of instruction, providing flexibility for busy security professionals.
